Do I have to replace my restaurant POS?
No. If you run Square, Toast, Lightspeed, Revel, Simphony, Infrasys or Aloha, connect it and keep working. Lobbix's own outlet POS is there if you'd rather have one system.
How does room charge verification work?
The POS looks up in-house guests by room or name; the charge posts only to a real, open folio.
What if a charge can't match a guest?
It parks as an unassigned posting for review — nothing disappears.
Are POS taxes consistent with room taxes?
Yes — one tax engine serves both, so the invoice's breakdown is coherent.
