Channel manager

Two-way sync between your calendar and every OTA: a booking anywhere updates availability everywhere, and rate changes publish once.

  • Booking.com, Airbnb
  • Expedia, Agoda
  • Two-way, near-real-time
  • No per-booking fee

Channel sync

How it works

One calendar, every storefront

  1. Connect your channels

Link each OTA once, map room types and rate plans — the connection verifies itself.

  2. Bookings flow in

An OTA booking lands in your calendar like any other reservation, guest profile included.

  3. Availability flows out

Every booking, cancellation or block updates every connected channel in the same sync cycle.

What you get

What the sync covers

Rates

Change a rate once; it publishes to every channel that sells it.

Restrictions

Min-stay, closed-to-arrival and stop-sell pushed alongside rates.

Reservations & modifications

New bookings, date changes and cancellations imported automatically.

Sync log

Every push and pull recorded — when something fails, you see it, not guess it.

Channel performance

Which channel produced which revenue, commission included.

In practice

The failures this prevents

The double-sold Saturday

Two OTAs selling the last room while the desk sleeps — impossible when availability is one number.

  • Overbooking

The stale rate

Weekend rate raised in the PMS but not on the OTA — gone, because rates publish from one place.

  • Parity

The silent failure

A sync that fails and says so beats one that fails quietly. The log names every error.

  • Reliability

Frequently asked questions

Which channels are supported?

Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Agoda adapters are built in, with more added through the same adapter framework. Tell us what you need — the list grows by request.

How fast is the sync?

Bookings import and availability publishes in the same sync cycle — typically within a couple of minutes, and immediately for direct bookings.

Do you charge per OTA booking?

No. The channel manager is part of the plan price. The OTA's own commission is between you and the OTA.

What if a sync fails?

The sync log records every push and pull with its result. Failures retry automatically and surface in the dashboard rather than hiding.
