By accessing or using Lobbix Hotel PMS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Lobbix provides a cloud-based property management system for hotels and hospitality businesses. Our Service includes reservation management, guest management, billing, housekeeping, reporting, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Lobbix offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

  • All fees are exclusive of taxes
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful data

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lobbix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
